Solved

I am trying to download Quartus Prime Lite but my account access goes away on that page and the download buttons do nothing.

​I have access to other non-FPGA downloads no problem. I have contacted customer service and they send me to this forum both times. the Lite edition is a free download. why the issue?

    Hi PWarn1 ,

    You can use Chrome or Microsoft Egde web browser to download the Quartus tools installer. Refer to the attachment. It seems when using IE web browser, the installer does not start.

​thank you! this worked for me. I am on a Windows 7 computer. using Chrome allowed me to download even though it still showed 'Sign In' at the top of page.
