Trunone, thank you for the bug report.

I haven't tested my solution with Ubuntu 11.4 yet. I suspect there may be subtle differences related to libc, which I shall investigate as soon as I have upgraded to 11.4 myself.

By the way, Quartus II v11.0 is coming out soon, which, as I heard, should sort out this problem.
