How to ues storage primitives

Hi, all

I want to use Storage Primitives, for example SRFF in following site.

The format of the primitive is shown in the link.
However, there is no mention of some pin roles.

Could you please tell me where is the documents describing more detail of these primitives?

I am using Cyclone V GX Development Kit and Quartus Prime Standard 18.1 on Windows 10.

prn is asynchronous preset, active low. I found this thread about it:

  A verilog code example is here. What is the role of "prn" pin?
