How to read wirelist.net file?

hi

I want to customize a development board

so I think I can change the wirelist.net file of quartus offical board and generate my own board,then use it in SOPC Builder tools.

but I didn't understand wirelist file

I don't know the meaning of every column

I do not know how and where to get the value of every column.

so could you name me some?

or give me some materials on that?
