How to obtain a license for Quartus II on an Intel lab machine?

I am an Intel employee and I need a license for Quartus II and Modelsim for a lab machine. I have an Arria 10 PICe board, but we seem to have misplaced the activation code. How can I get a license for the software on this machine?
