How to increase simulation efficient with Modelsim (ModelSim - Intel FPGA Edition 10.6d)

Question

We have a problem when use ModelSim(the version is ModelSim - Intel FPGA Edition 10.6d) to simulate a project. The problem is shown below

May I know what are the steps that you have run?

does the simulation still pass? it just take longer time to run. This might be a limitation of Modelsim AE, where user had to purchase full modelsim PE/SE. You may take a look into here https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/software/programmable/quartus-prime/model-sim.html
