How to get old Quartus II version (web edition 15.0)?

Reason for wanting discontinued product is that we delivered our software to customer with that particular version (some years back) and now customer wants update in software.

We use Quartus just for debug connection with Cyclone V SoC. And Quartus Prime lite version ain't working out of the box.

v21.1 does not recognize Cyclone v SoC dev kit

v13.2 web edition (only web edition available on Intel website) does not recognize this FPGA

v19.1/v20.1 seems to work but there are issue in debug launch.

In short we want to save some time in hardware debug connection validation.

Quartus 15.0 is no longer available for web download. 17.0 or later is, as well as 13.0sp1/13.1 for select older devices.

Past responses by Intel folks indicate you will need to communicate directly with your Intel/Altera support representatives and open a support case.

I suspect you will get farther faster by figuring out why 19.1/20.1 aren't working for you and fix your code.

Yes, you may try to raise a ticket in Intel Premier Support for older version of Quartus.
