How to enable Timing-driven compilation

After adding ROUTER_TIMING_OPTIMIZATION_LEVEL NORMAL to my .qsf file, it's done.

I really appreciate your help.

I wonder if quartus wouldn't optimize router timing without this line in .qsf file?
