How to enable the Security features in quartus

I'm using Cyclone V SoC. I would like to encrypt my bitstream and burn the key into the device fuses.
I have Quartus subscription edition with valid license.
I have read AN556 and it says that I need to ask the support team a license in order to enable the security features in Quartus.
Could you please advise send me that license? In addition do you have any document that describes the method to burn the fuses?
