How to download Quartus software?

Question

Wasted 3 days trying to reset my password. That works now and I can log in to my account.

Trying to download Quartus 13.1 Web edition. It's impossible for various log in issue reasons. The latest problem happens while I am logged in. When I get to the last step where download is just about to start I get to a page that shows this text

"Download Center My Intel Login

Errors:

invalid_response"

URL:

https://fpgasoftware.intel.com/saml_login/?acs

Running out of ideas what else to try!

I have the same situation here, also Quartus 18.0 downloading page is not working.😪
