* current Device: MAX V 5M2210ZF324I5N
* migration Device: MAX V 5M1279ZF324
* Option: synthesis using pin lock status
In addition,
is the CPLD product line like 'MAX V' doesn't supported by the support center?

Quartus has an option to select migration device while creating a new project. If this was not selected for current device, then you have to do the manual comparison of the pinout files. They can be downloaded from following link:
Intel® Max® V CPLD - Intel® FPGA
MAX V device are currently supported.
