How to customize the path of the file "quartus.ini" in Linux enviorment

I understand Quartus search the "quartus.ini" file in either "install directory/linux64" or the project directory. Is there any other way to do it, such as user preferred directory? Thanks,

Hi,

You can save the quartus.ini file in altera.quartus directory under the <home> directory if it is used for all projects or the project directory if it is used for the current or local project only.
