how to create the *.sof file for programmer?

The previous old version outputs a default *pof, *sof files for programmer, but after installation of 13.0, the pof, sof is not there as default setting. ,even compilation was correctly done. ...

HI

created a simple test code and compiled it completely, but no *.sof, *.pof files generated in project directory and output files directory.

It seems that my setting is wrong? do you know what I should set for these output?

Is this license issue ? using qurtus2 web edition v13.0.
