How to assign GPIO to pins I have assigned on DEO nano

Hi, I have assigned the pins I need and I am ready to build my circuit I need but I do not know how to assign the I am using to the pins on GPIO so I can connect to my circuit. Any help ...

I don't known about the OP, but this works for me, thank you.

There are five warnings, four of which I understand. The fifth is# 169177, a warning about meeting Altera interface voltage requirements (https://www.alteraforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=42490).

Is there a way to get rid of this warning?
