New ContributorHow much is a licence FFT IP core, is it better to buy a full version of Quartus?
Dear madam or sir,
we using Quartus Prime Lite (about 2 years ago) and Intel Max10 FPGA. Now we want to use FFT IP (Installed IP-> Library-> DSP-> Transforms-> FFT). If I compile my project, Quartus say:
Error (204012): Can't generate netlist output files because the file "C:/Users...hyper_opt_OFF_pkg.vhd" is an OpenCore Plus time-limited file. Remove the unlicensed cores or obtain a license for those OpenCore Plus time-limited IP cores used in the design..
I want to do a simulation in ModelSim and I can not. I read the issue and my question is: How much is a licence FFT IP core, is it better to buy a full version of Quartus?

Hi,
Better to go with Quartus licencing but it will be comparatively expensive than IP license.

Otherwise for license file request and activation, log in your “My Intel” account to find Intel FPGA Self Service License Center and submit Contact Customer Service form.
