How do i get resource usage report in the quartusII

Every global is driven by an altclkctrl(I think dual-regionals are driven by 2). That being said, I've never seen altclkctrls be an actual problem, it's getting onto the globals/regionals or the spine clocks that cause issues. (The muxes onto these resources aren't fully populated, so you can't just count the resources to determine how many you have...)
