How do I get my 1 year license for the Stratix iii Development kit?

Hallo,

we have recently purchased a Stratix ii Development kit, I have installed the Quartus 8.0 software that comes in a DVD with the board. I was unable to generate the 1 year free licence that comes with the board. From the Self Service Licensing center I get access denied when I try to go to Licensing Center Home.
