How can Quartus utilize all of the cores of CPU??

The same as the topic. How can Quartus utilize all of the cores of CPU?? My PC has CPU -I7, 4G memory...

I'm not a real OS expert, but did your OS recognize all your CPU's ?

Is Windows Server 2003 supported by QUartus ?
