How can Quartus utilize all of the cores of CPU??

The same as the topic. How can Quartus utilize all of the cores of CPU?? My PC has CPU -I7, 4G memory...

I have got the license.

And also set the parallel compilation to "all available processors" :confused:

But it still use only one core.

My OS is windows sever 2003.
