How can I find my renewal product or activation code, having purchased the renewal?

Hi, We have purchased a renewal license for Quartus and have the receipt and order details, but we haven't yet received the activation code and the license isn't visible on the self-licensing center...

Hi Jason, Good day. Did you follow the correct method to purchase your license renewal ? Kindly refer link below. - Page 16 (Renewing a License) https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/manual/archives/quartus_install-14.1.pdf You will receive the activation code through your registered mail. Thank you.
