Help with Quartus II 12

Hello!

I downloaded 12.0sp1_232_quartus_free_windows.exe file from Altera. I want to Simulate the FPGA Circuits I create. I want to know if I have to download any other files to use with Altera Quartus II 12.1 Web Edition?

simulation? maybe you need modelsim altera starter edition.
