Help Plz ! Pin Planner

Hello , I am new to FPGA and trying to assign pins for a project

I am using Cyclone III EP3C16F484C8 .

What i would like to know is if i can use the differentials pins which means p and n 's pins on the board as two separated single ended pins

Hope someone will help me .
