Help, can't find 30 day eval license

I am trying to locate how to get and install the "30 day eval" for the Quartus 10.1 subscription. It has been years since I used Altera tools, and I can't find eval licence specific instructions on the "self service licence center" webpage.

Help!

    You don't need any evaluation license. Just download the software and install it from the Download Center, and you will automatically get the 30 day evaluation.

    I did and when I compiled my the example design code from PLDA I get Quartus license errors.

    What's the license error? It is likely related to PLDA's license, not Quartus itself.
