New ContributorGetting previous version of Intel® FPGA Add-On for oneAPI Base Toolkit

Thank you for posting in Intel community forum and hope this message find you well.
On the mention request to revert back to the older version of FPGA Add-on, it can be found in the link mention in the previous post which is as below:
https://registrationcenter-download.intel.com/akdlm/irc_nas/17431/l_BaseKit_p_2021.1.0.2659_offline.shOnce download you will just need to follow the normal terminal download (i.e. example command can be found here)to install.
