from were could I download quartus II version 12.0?

I try to download quartus II version 12.0 (linux version) from the download center but the link gave me Invald URL error. could anyone tell me from were could I download this version with th SP1 and SP2 version?

      Hi Kenny, I wait, for now I try to work with version 13.0sp1 and I want to know if it's could work on CentOS 7.7? Niv.

    Seems like CentOS 7.7 is not supported.
