FPGA SDRAM DE10-standard

When I was writing nios in exlipse, I got an error that there was not enough space, so I decided to implement SDRAM.
How can I implement SDRAM in DE10Standard?
I am using QuartusPrime17.1, DE10-standard(5CSXFC6D6F31C6).

    I'm not clear on what is your objective.

    Do you try to use internal memory but the space is not enough?

    What do you mean by the 'not enough space' there?

    You can find them in this link.

    Please make sure that you contact with your local supplier because they have some coverage of the countries.

      Unfortunately not. The 5CSXFC6D6F31C6 are not available nowhere.

        Probably the Distributor and Supplier are the main support for the product availability.
