FPGA device not supported in higher versions

Hi,

Currently I"m working in 11.0 version with device part number is EP2AGX125EF35I3. But if I use higher version tool like 11.1 the device is not available.Why is it so?

    A agree with nyusof.

    I see that the Arria II is supported all the way up to Quartus 15.0 (And I have verified it's available in 12.1sp1 (Last version I installed the Arria family in)

    As the sized of the devices have increased Altera has made it optional to install all the device files
