fixed license work with quartus 19.1 but not with 13.0

I received fixed license with the mac address of my linux virtual machine.

when I run quartus 19.1 with the license file all works.

when I try to run quartus 13.0sp1 at the same machine with the same license file I received that Host ID type and value Not found (nic-id = 000000000000)

what is the problem? and why quartus 13 don't recognize the license file?

    Welcome to INTEL forum. To further investigate could you provide your license.dat file. And for privacy, you can also reply/attach your file in private message.
