Find Quartus 9.0 Edition

Does anyone know where I can find a downloadable Quartus II 9.0 version? I looked everywhere on the Altera website, and I didn't get anything from them by mail except version 11.1. It would be great if I could get some help on this issue, because my college uses the 9.0 version only. Thanks for everything.

Your best bet is probably your college at this point. They are probably using the web edition, so it should work for you.

For some reason Altera has removed all the older versions off their FTP site, and although you can try support, it will probably be quicker to ask your instructor.

No you can't find them any more on the FTP either. It looks like they removed almost all the web and subscription editions of Quartus. I can only find 11.0sp1 right now. Smart move, Altera...

Altera wants you to request previous Quartus versions individually. There's a link on the download page.

I commented to the Altera people at the Embedded System Conference how frustrating it is that they have removed tools from the FTP site. They're going to discuss the issue with the person who made that decision. I have the email contact of the Altera person I talked to, so I'll check up on the status next week.

    Cheers,
