fatal error with quartus 10.1

hello,

after installing quartus 10.1 with permanent license and support evice and niosII.

on the pin planner, after define all pins group and begin to define pin location for IO

the followed message appear

n.b : uninstall and re-install quartus 10.1 not solve the problem

    you will need to file a service request with step by step instructions to reproduce the error. if you can't file service requests posting here might help
