Familly EPF10K on quartus II

I use it with 9.0.

However, I have noticed that the JTAG server crashes when you change Quartus versions. If you close and re-open the programmer window, then run the hardware setup GUI, the USB-Blaster should be listed again. On some occasions I've had to restart Quartus. But in those cases, starting a NIOS IDE shell for the version of Quartus you are trying to use, and typing jtagconfig causes the server to be restarted.
