Failure to generate companion license for Modelsim-Altera

I am trying to generate a companion license for my home computer by opening the window "Generate Companion/Temporary Check-out Licenses". However, every time the hostid in the generated license file ...

Our customer service team has reset your license. Could you help to re-generate companion license and run the simulator again.
