Failed to generate sof with error: Unlicensed IP: "Nios II Processor(6AF7 00A2)"

I failed to generate sof with Nios + PLDA rich3. But I can generate sof which only include Nios or PLDA. I use Quartus version 18.1.2, Error shows:

Hi Jiayi Hu, That's a license issue. Please choose NIOS II/e to avoid this. Go to Qsys> NIOS II properties and chose the e core instead of the f core . Regards,

    I do have Nios license. And when running assembler, quartus will require twice with 1 successful and 1 unsuccessful.
