Exporting QPF design in Quartus to Mentor Questa

I would like to take a design in Quartus II that I loaded in via a .qpf file, and export it to Mentor Questa for standalone batch simulation. Is this possible, or do I need to get the file list before the qpf file was created?

I realize simulators can be integrated into Quartus, but I'm trying to avoid the overhead, I'd rather deal with the design in Questa without the overhead of Quartus.
