Execution of vlib Failed (Ubuntu 16.04)

I fixed this by making a symbolic link to direct the linuxpe folder to linuxaloem, as follows:

> cd <install dir>/intelFPGA_lite/17.1/modelsim_ase

> sudo ln -s linuxaloem linuxpe
