Error when unzipping QuartusSetupWeb

I got download Quartus2 13.0 version. One of the file in the WinZip was QuartusSetupWeb-13.0.1.232. I tried to install using it but an error pop up. And when i click yes to show the error. It said:"

Please help me with this...
