Error regarding QUARTUS PRIME license

The license shows error. Using Quartus prime license setup tab. Tried using the LM_LICENSE_FILE also. but I am not able to activate the software. Expiration date mentioned 12/31/2029. This is the second instance when there has been this type of error for QUARTUS software.

I have attached the screenshot for error window.
