Error (16045) Instance "TOP|I_CHIP_TOP|u_abcd" instantiate undefined entity "abcd" in file.sv

Error (16045) Instance "TOP|I_CHIP_TOP|u_abcd" instantiate undefined entity "abcd" in file.sv. Error reported during elaboration phase and the files abcd.v, file.sv are already added into .qsf
