Error (12852): Data integrity error is detected during JTAG communication. The SignalTap result is not trustworthy. Please check the JTAG chain.

hi everyone, iam new to altera, i got the altera's MAX10_10M08_Evaluation_Kit recently, and i meet some problems.

i use qsys to implement the adc, i set the adc in standard sequencer with external sample storage mode, and then i use a dll, and write a code to drive the adc.

i use signaltab to monitor the adc's convert results.

when i download the design to the MAX10_10M08_Evaluation_Kit,open the signal tab, run analysis, some times the quratus show errors:

Error (12852): Data integrity error is detected during JTAG communication. The SignalTap result is not trustworthy. Please check the JTAG chain.

Error (261003): can't continue the established JTAG communication. Reconnect communications cable and device.

Error (261005): can't find the instance. Download a design with SRAM Object File containing this instance

and in signaltab window, the status sometimes shows Invalid data received.
