Erroneous OpenCl execution on DE1-SOC Kit, hangs on memory transfers

I am trying to use Altera OpenCL compilation on Terasic DE1-SOC board (RevC). However problems occur when a memory transaction is required. I couldn't correctly run even the pre-compiled example...
