e-tile channel placement tool will not open - spreadsheet

When the e-tile channel placement tool is downloaded. The spreadsheet fails to open, leaving excel hung

Sorry for the inconvenience. I will feedback to Factory on the long loading time for the tool. Thanks for bringing this up.
