Download Quartus ii 9.1 SP 2 Web Edition

Hi I need Quartus ii 9.1 SP2 Web Edition for my school. But i can't find the download in ftp.altera.com/outgoing/releases/ How can i download the Install-File? Thanks for the help.

i wonder if a huge number of requests would make them reverse their decision
