Dongle not seen using Version 21.1

Good morning all,

I just install the latest verion of Quartus (21.1) and the USB Dongle key is not being seen. When I search the Web I see that you need to install it manually for it to work but it does not show or provide link to how. I have version 15.0 and the dongle is seen just fine.

What do I need to do to seen the USB dongle?

    Hi Rob,


    As per checking on your issue, I was found that the support for Guard ID was removed starting Quartus Std v21.1. Best way is to re-host the license on NIC ID (Mac Add).
