Do you require a license to use Transceiver Toolkit for Cyclone10GX in Quartus Pro 18.1?

Trying Quartus Pro 18.1, Cyclone10GX device.

I see that without a Pro license the Transceiver Toolkit is grayed out.

With a license, i am able to use it.

This was not the case in previous Quartus releases. I tested Quartus SE 16.1 with CVGX and could use transceiver toolkit with and without a license.

    Hi Dkolo,

    Byright you shouldn't need license to use toolkit. I noticed the grey out as well.

    The workaround is you can launch system console first then only launch transceiver toolkit from there.
