device support can not be downloaded

My situation right now is like the one in the attached photo. What should I do?

    May I know what OS that you were using? Also, what are the Quartus version that you have installed?

      Thank you for your reply.
      The OS is Windows 10.
      Quartus is using 20.1.
      Please check.
