Device file for MAX V is broken

Installed Quartus 15 without any issue. Downloaded the device file for the MAX II/V from the site. Ran the Device Installer program and it found the device file. When I click "Next", it tried to read in the file but chocked with an error message of "Unknown element arria10_part1" and then aborted.

Any help?

You can try to install the complete device database to see if error goes away.
