Default printer page size

Question

How do I change the default printer page size in Quartus II version 11.0? Whenever the program starts, the page size is set to A3 which is never what I want. I always have to change the page size to what I want.

have a default Hp printer model number is HP 93A Black Original Laser Jet Toner Cartridge. When I am going to print my pages this hp printer printing blank pages.  Please tell me what to do?
