DE3 System Builder files in Quartus - licens problem

Hello, When i create a project with the DE3 System Builder tool and then want to open it with Quartus to edit it i get an error, that the files are encrypted and i need another license for this...

Have a look on chapter 6 of "Getting Started with Altera’s DE3 Board" document, they talk about the license file.
