DDR4仿真

各位前辈好： 我用的quartus 16.0标准版，我想仿真DDR4 IP核，我自己写了一个DDR4相关的逻辑代码，也写了对应的仿真文件。 然后我生成了一个DDR4的example design，把里面的 ddr4 模型拿了出来，通过在设置modelsim 的时候，加了进来，如下图

我把自己的testbench文件以及DDR4模型文件都加了进来，选用的modelsim是 modelsim-altera，但是我在进行仿真的时候，modelsim出现了如下错误

大概意思就是没有找到DDR4 的模型文件，我想知道这是为什么呢？ 该怎么解决呢
