Cyclone iv - triple speed ethernet set to RGMII

I’m looking for an example of a Cyclone IV (Quartus Prime Standard & Platform Designer) using “triple speed ethernet” in RGMII mode. Concerns: output: tx_clk input: rec_clk Thanks, --Alan
